Due to the sensitive nature of our clients’ operations, all HEIT employees undergo thorough criminal background checks that are compliant with U.S. institutions from Title 12 USC 1829, as well as DMV, credit, and terrorist list checks. Business Continuity: HEIT maintains current, sophisticated business continuity protocols that outline roles, policies, and procedures to be enacted in case services and operations must transfer from our main facilities to one of several alternate resources. This ensures that continued monitoring, management, and response for your environment require merely redirecting the probe to a new IP address.

Communications: All data storage and transmission is encrypted to ensure necessary protections, and all connections to client networks are encrypted and secure.

Insurance: HEIT maintains adequate levels of general liability, automobile, workers compensation, professional liability, excess/umbrella liability, and errors and omissions insurance.

Financial Stability: With long-term recurring revenue relationships with strong financial institutions, HEIT is well-positioned for stable operations and continued growth. Our efficient professional services model requires limited operating capital and our financial performance can be requested via independent third-party sources by using HEIT, Inc.’s Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) number: 13-104-7396. The report will show all payments within terms, strong credit, strong trade preferences, and low financial risk.
