Cisco Master Managed Services Provider
Cisco's Master MSP designation, reserved for its top-tier managed service providers,certifies that HEIT holds superior skills in combining Cisco technologies with professional services to create high-value managed services, backed by an accredited Network Operations Center (NOC). The designation also assures that HEIT has established managed services ITIL processes, practices, and tools to support Cisco technologies at all lifecycle phases: prepare, plan, design, implement, operate, and optimize. Additionally, HEIT’s operations have undergone an ISO 27001-based audit and a SAS-70 Type II audit.

MSPAlliance Accredited Master MSP
Accredited Master MSP's are companies that have gone the extra mile to certify their Network Operations Centers (NOCs) by having them MSPAlliance Accredited. Master MSP's can open their NOC to other MSP's who do not have a NOC facility, thereby giving those MSP's the ability to become accredited as well.

MSPAlliance Green IT Certified
The MSPAlliance Green IT Certification is earned by meeting specific efficiency standards for an MSP's services delivery. The accreditation validates that the MSP has reduced its carbon footprint by implementing best practices that reduce power consumption and the use of natural resources, including the remote resolution of trouble tickets, server and desktop virtualization, and adoption of energy-saving practices.
